Houston, Texas was where I was born, supported by a hardworking mother striving to be the wonderful doctor she is today. I absorbed so much culture within the short four years I was there. We eventually moved up to St. Louis to meet up with my equally hardworking father who was finishing law school as a personal injury lawyer. I spent most of my adolescence in the great city of St. Louis, where I developed my passion for art and the creative minds behind the veil. When I graduated from Parkway North I was determined to expand on what I learned and got a scholarship to Savannah College Art and Design. There I learned the true fundamentals of art as a whole and finally fulfilled my dream of mastering animation. I graduated in 2016 with a bachelors of Fine Arts and traveled to New York City where I started an internship for visual effects. I worked for a very accomplished man name Chris Haney. He mentored me for eight years showing me the ins and outs of the post production business as well as advanced techniques used within the visual effects industry. Working under his business Off World Visual Effects, I’ve worked on very successful movies like Dark Waters, May December, To Leslie, and The Day of The Fight. I’ve also worked on many streaming shows like Haunted, Into the Dark, and Now Apocalypse. Over the years I’ve enjoyed my experiences within the business but after coming back to my hometown St. Louis, Missouri; I’ve shifted my focus on painting, small animations, and personal VFX jobs within my community. I hope to expand on this new journey meeting inspiring and creative, like minded individuals who will help bring new and innovative ideas into this world.
